How To Book Your Reservation

What We Recommend
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the reservation time will be charged 50% of the booking fee. The remainder will be refunded to the credit card on file, or can be issued as credit towards a future booking.
Rescheduling at least 12 hours before will not incur extra fees.
No-shows or no-calls: No refunds will be issued. The Lounge has the right to give away your booking if you are more than 10 minutes late without notice.
For member no-shows, a 3-strike rule will apply. After the third offense, the membership may be terminated without refund at the discretion of management. Excessive cancellations can also result in termination of membership.
Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.
